This fan was really easy to install if you have the electric knowledge. It took about a half an hour. The parts that come with it are good quality and it has a really great design. It is SUPER quiet. It's a VERY pretty fan. The blades are a very light gray wash look - high end. I got the Nickel finish motor. On/off via light switch and then the remote controls everything. Most fans I run at speed 1 for sleeping and that creates some air movement. But this fan doesn't push a lot of air, so i have to use speed 2 or 3 to get the same effect. This is in a guest room, which is rarely used, so that's fine for my needs. But if you need a fan that REALLY creates a breeze in a room, this is NOT the one. (Minus a star for that).. Tamara954. The light portion and the fan blades were very easy to install. The instructions are clear and it comes with extra hardware which is always so helpful. My favorite things about it are the fact that the wood grain sort of lines up on the fan blades and the hardware is really nice even though it's not showing. This is an absolutely gorgeous ceiling fan. The walnut blades are polished and have a timeless look, and it makes an absolutely gorgeous statement piece in the middle of the living room. I’m excited for the electrician to get here to get it hung. We are in the midst of construction. as soon as he gets it hung, I will update the photos. Instructions are very clear so I do not foresee any problems. I would recommend this if you’re looking for a ceiling fan. It doesn’t have a light which actually makes it even prettier.. Rhonda.
