The light portion and the fan blades were very easy to install. The instructions are clear and it comes with extra hardware which is always so helpful. Hot Sales 42 Inch Modern Black Ceiling Fan With Light 3 Solid Wood Blades Remote Control Reversible Dc Motor With Dimmable Led

Sorry but this fan I returned because the plastic blades looked very tacky. The description says solid wood blades. Also wasn't too happy that the AI didn't understand that I probably shouldn't have been charged return fee because it was falsely described, but I couldn't get "It" to understand that and they continued to send the same directions for return. I paid about $12 to return it, and was hesitantly willing to because I didn't like it that much. They should rewrite the description. I don't return much from Wayfair, but it needed to be done..
