My old ceiling fan stopped working, or so I thought! We don't use the chains. It's running through a wall switch that also sets the speed. I couldn't find a normal, 3-globe, wood grain ceiling fan anywhere! I have a taste for antiques and don't like anything with AI or that's controlled remotely. I looked everywhere, not realizing wayfair carried them. There's another, identical one with a permanent bulb for $60 more that supposedly lasts for at least a decade. No. I want to use my flower- shaped globes and my flame- shaped bulbs. Anyway, turns out that somebody pulled the chain at some point because I tried it, just to satisfy my curiosity.
