To my relief this lamp was well packaged and arrived intact. It has a roughness like old plaster, and in person the color is pale terracotta. The shade requires construction, which Ive done before, but this had a simple pop-in place design. (Note the photo of the velcro seam). The harp wasnt quite flush with the bracket, but it didnt affect the balance of the shade. Both touch controls work perfectly. In fact, while screwing in the finial, the bulb turned on and off like a flash camera. That was reassuring, and kind of fun. Recommended.. Laurie Glen. Ft Worth, Texas. Mon Sep 07 2026
