Decent fan for the price. Instructions were very basic without a great deal of detail. Had to do some research on the web to clarify wiring questions. But, all in all, assembly was not difficult and the fan seems to be quiet and has several speed andlighting modes. Remote is useful. Tips: 1. If your outlet has red, black, and white wires, only the black and white are connected to fan; cap the red with a wire nut. 2. Green and yellow wire on bracket connects to ground. 3. You may need to replace two existing screws on motor with longer screws in order to secure the ceiling cover. 4. A flat screw driver set is very helpful in securing those two screws because the space between the cover and motor housing is tight. 5. Some bolt holes were too small for the bolts supplied. Had to drill them and then use nuts to secure the fan to the bracket.. Jim. Moreno Valley, CA. Tue Jun 02 2026

This standard ceiling fan brings reliable circulation to your home, making it easy to refresh your indoor or outdoor space. The metal body houses a reversible motor capable of shifting air efficiently, while five plastic blades deliver consistent performance across three distinct speeds. You can easily switch between downward cooling for warm periods and upward circulation when temperatures drop. It mounts smoothly to standard or sloped surfaces, providing excellent placement versatility across various setups. Plus, the convenient pull chain allows for quick manual adjustments to find the right level of comfort.
