Decent fan for the price. Instructions were very basic without a great deal of detail. Had to do some research on the web to clarify wiring questions. But, all in all, assembly was not difficult and the fan seems to be quiet and has several speed andlighting modes. Remote is useful. Tips: 1. If your outlet has red, black, and white wires, only the black and white are connected to fan; cap the red with a wire nut. 2. Green and yellow wire on bracket connects to ground. 3. You may need to replace two existing screws on motor with longer screws in order to secure the ceiling cover. 4. A flat screw driver set is very helpful in securing those two screws because the space between the cover and motor housing is tight. 5. Some bolt holes were too small for the bolts supplied. Had to drill them and then use nuts to secure the fan to the bracket.. Jim. Moreno Valley, CA. Tue Jun 02 2026

This impressive fixture is specially designed for large rooms (over 400 sq.ft), perfect for large living rooms, open-concept spaces, two-story great room, split-Level homes or commercial areas. The standard wiring length is matched with the included downrods. If your ceiling is extra high and requires longer downrods or extended wiring, please contact us for customization service.

This is a beautiful fan! At first, I thought the longest downrod would be too short, but it is not at all. Our room has 20 foot ceilings and you can definitely feel the air moving significantly. We love this fan!. Lauren. Richmond, VA. Fri Oct 02 2026
