This is really easy to put together, you just twist everything together. The styrofoam was crushed, like that box had been opened, but nothing else was damaged. You have to unscrew the ring, put the shade on, then put the ring back on. Very short/simple instructions and a button to turn it on and off. The bulb goes 2 different colors, which changes everytime you hit the button (that’s part is kind of a bummer) but not a deal breaker.. Lar. Murray, UT. Wed May 13 2026

Antique brass plated steel, featuring a gracefully curved double banded design that gives the illusion of a suspended shade. The tall, round hardback shade is a light beige linen fabric with natural slubbing.

This lamp is beautiful. So well made. The shade is sturdy but also thicker than Id imagined. The light is very warm but also muted. Thats more or less what I was going for, but the lamp emits less light than similar floor lamps in the same room. Still lovely!. Emily. New Orleans, LA. Thu Sep 24 2020

It is actually bright white; the lampshade perhaps has a hint of cream, if you're being generous. The lamp stand is a simple metal piece with a small tray; the marble base may have a blemish. Looks very nice and projects a nice diffuse light in our living room. You can pull out/push in the arm. However, no matter how hard I tried to tighten the bottom, the pole will lean in the direction of the arm. This piece is in a corner in our house, so I'm supporting it with a box, but if you'd like this to free stand in your space then be aware that it leans a little.. Connie. Pittsburgh, PA.
