We love these lights but they do get HOT, as mentioned in some of the other reviews. I don’t think they have proper ventilation holes to release heat (LEDs aren’t supposed to get this hot). We have them in hallways as sconces so they aren’t on all the time. The first one we ordered was defective (didn’t screw on properly) so we’ve tried three of them (we originally ordered two) and they all got hot. So it’s just a design flaw.. Lindsay. Edmonton, AB. The Lois 18" 2-Light Sconce by Ellen DeGeneres expands the collection’s sculptural language into a dual-arm profile, offering balanced illumination with a refined aesthetic. With clean, sweeping lines and a minimalist form, the fixture embodies DeGeneres’ approach to design—graceful, modern, and quietly expressive. Ideal for bathrooms, bedrooms, foyers, and hallways, the 2-light sconce brings architectural clarity and sculptural elegance to personal and shared spaces alike.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Studio Collection Lois 18 2L Sconce earns a solid 4-star rating in my book. The design is clean, modern, and elegant, with the curved arms giving it a unique look that adds a nice touch to the space. I ended up finding the perfect spot for the single sconce right next to my room, where it fits in really well. What keeps it from being a 5-star product is that it only comes with one sconce and does not include light bulbs. While I was initially expecting two, finding the perfect spot for the one included worked out great, and it ended up being a nice addition to the space. Overall, I recommend the Lois Sconce for anyone looking for a stylish and modern lighting option. It has a great design and looks even better once you find the right spot for it.. Alh9.
