The fan works well. I was surprised that the wall switch is powered by batteries rather than being wired in. While that may be a benefit for some people, it required a second hole to be made in my wall. On top of that, my workman didn't consider the placement of the switch as esthetically as I would have preferred when he cut the hole for it. While the placement problem was not the fault of the product per se, it reduced my liking of the fan.. Saval. San Antonio, TX. Tue Aug 11 2026

My review is more based off of customer service but I have no doubt I will be satisfied with this product. When I purchased it it had went to my old address so I called wayfair and they immediately sent me a replacement which I received next day . Then I hooked everything up and installed the fixture and the fan worked but the lights did not. I had a friend test the wires and the wires coming from the ballast were not getting power for the lights so I called wayfair today and they are sending me a replacement ballast. I am very impressed with customer service and completely satisfied even with the product its self having a little fault.. Joshua. Fall River, MA. Mon Sep 14 2026

Purchased two of these for my bedroom and they are beautiful, and description is totally accurate. Noise is very low, changeable light colors are very nice, but the output is much more than I expected. Great buy!. W. Upper Marlboro, MD. Sun Aug 09 2026

It includes two downrod options (5" and 8") for flexible installation and better height adjustment during setup.

This fan is so attractive and sleek. With only three blades it puts out a lot of air. I do look forward to only cleaning three blades instead of six. It's remote was several features without being too fussy. Overall very pleased.. Catherine. Baton Rouge, LA. Sun Apr 19 2026
