It is Very nice quality. The way it is packed and the professional light install gloves make this feel more like a chandelier than a fan coming out of the box. It is very well packed from the manufacturer and the directions are easy to follow. It is also not too heavy to hang. The black finish is very nice and surprisingly hard to scratch!. Lauren.
