I want to love this so so much! It was easy to install and other than being tedious work to hang the crystals they were easy. It looks absolutely gorgeous, however as you can see, I did not expect that the room would be so dark above the light, I also did not realize the rest of the room would have the broken light pattern on it. I have never owned a chandelier so I was unaware of these effects. For those reasons I dropped a star off. But the fan is so awesome on this light and the light it gives to the floor is excellent as well. I also do not like that the remote for this light is black. I believe it completely throws off the aesthetics of the room. I will be hiding the remote behind something because no way do I want a black remote on the wall. I wish it was white (. Laura. I would give these fans a 5 if not for the one thing that I’m fairly disappointed in. I bought one, loved it so much I bought a second fan and that’s where I’m having my difficulties. I’ll explain, I use Apple HomeKit in house I have about 30 devices all controlled with Siri. My first fan was easy to install has a great fit and finish, looks great works great with Siri with no complaints. So I ordered a second fan, went together fantastically also looks great, but integrating it into my Smart Home not so good. It will not let me add the second fan, it actually says your fan is already installed which it’s not. After Googling the issue it’s a know problem. I just wasn’t aware of this issue until after I purchased and installed the second fan. So I’m relegated to only using the remote control for that 2nd fan. Owner of my electrical company trouble shooted and was able to resolve the problem a couple days later. Appears to be working fine. However this did incur add'l cost for installation. My concern was when I requested replacement of ceiling fan there were only 3 left in stock. Feared would not be able to get another. The process ultimately turned out ok but was not comfortable how issue was handled for above reason especially since recently purchasing 3.
