First of all, I have severe insomnia and no methods I have tried, including Prescription meds, work for me. When I saw this red bulb on Wayfair’s site, I was intrigued and very excited because I had never tried the red sleeping light method. I didn’t have long to wait long because they were here within two days. From the picture above, you can see how beautiful it makes a room. It has a very calming effect. No lie, that night I was asleep within an hour. I slept for only two hours but then after I settled myself, I slept another two hours so that first nIght I had four hours of sleep. That is a miracle for me! Since then, I’ve slept the longest one night for 5 hours straight. I really like these smart light bulbs! Setup was quick and easy, and it only took me about two minutes of playing around with the app to understand how everything worked. We have dogs, so this has been especially convenient for our family. If we leave the house while it’s still light outside but won’t be home until after dark, we can schedule the lights to come on in the evening.
