First of all, I have severe insomnia and no methods I have tried, including Prescription meds, work for me. When I saw this red bulb on Wayfair’s site, I was intrigued and very excited because I had never tried the red sleeping light method. I didn’t have long to wait long because they were here within two days. From the picture above, you can see how beautiful it makes a room. It has a very calming effect. No lie, that night I was asleep within an hour. I slept for only two hours but then after I settled myself, I slept another two hours so that first nIght I had four hours of sleep. That is a miracle for me! Since then, I’ve slept the longest one night for 5 hours straight. I know this bulb works for me and I can’t tell you if it will help you but I know this red light bulb has changed my life. Please, if you have trouble sleeping, try this red bulb for yourself.. Ida. I cant really write much about this product because I did not realize just how small they are, so I can not use this product because I need the connectors to be spaced out more for my kitchen light. What I can write about these bulbs are that they are very durable as they are extremely thick. Upon insecting these, they are really high quality. They are tiny. My thumb is almost the same size as these. My mother has a chandelier type of light, so if the take this type of connector and not the screw in bulbs, I will test them on hers. OR because I am satisfied with the quality of these, I will by a light that takes these bulbs specifically. The shipping was amazing. The shipper made sure to carefully pack these, and there were NO damaged bulbs. *I know that it sounds weird, but I can tell that they will be a 5 star product.*. Kourtnei. New Braunfels.
