SkuW000071058 2-light plug-in Wall mounted Picture Light by Alcott hills…my only complaint of dislike is with the 2.5 diameter circumference of the cylinder area of the light that housesholds the T6 Candelabra bulbs…even with my small female hands and slim fingers, it is very difficult manipulating the bulb for input placement and removal, there is very little space for grasping onto the bulb for screwing in and out. The light fixture however is quite nice, pretty and functional. I love it and will keep it.. Charlotte. PA. Tue Dec 21 2021

Designed to provide optimal lighting for your precious artwork, Romaine is the perfect choice for art enthusiasts, collectors, and interior designers alike. A bump-out architecture detail on the frame and a column break at the base add a modern feel to a traditional style.

Really sturdy light with a cool, angular design. The gold color is a little yellow for me but it’s very close to my Troy Lighting picture lights. It does say it only takes LED, and the light’s interior is white so not sure of the light it will project I may spray it gold that seems to counteract the ugly led lights or you can use a sheet of Amber vellum. Overall I like it will update once installed!. Agnieszka. Locust, NC. Sun Sep 01 2024

Nice simple fixture. I wanted a black art light to compliment the black windows we have, but could only find this dark bronze. It's dark enough however that it does not read as brown and works with the black.. Meghan. Wheat Ridge, CO. Mon Aug 07 2017

Lex in Latin is defined as law, principle, or condition. Simple architectural principles guided the design and construction of the Lex pendant. Three primary parts, the light, the hubs, and the wood slats, compose the form, function, and feel. The laws of attraction are often mysterious, and Lex's ability to appear both solid and porous simultaneously creates a sense of intrigue and freshness.

We love a good picture light, especially for large important pieces. Not only does it illuminate your favorite wall art, but also provides soft ambient light. Amanda decided ours needed a little island texture to be picture perfect. Natural handwoven cane over solid antique brass does the trick beautifully. Shade tilts so you can direct light at the perfect viewing angle.

It's a nice fixture and seems like would be worth it if hard wired, but definitely would not recommend as a plug-in fixture because the backplate does not allow for the cord to drop down and the "switch" they provide is just a toggle switch that you have to connect to under the backplate...meaning you would have to reach up and behind the art to switch..
