Mainly due to the misleading scale in the images, the overall height is 10” tall, and the base is 4” wide. We struggled to set up the shade and feared damaging it in the process, but overall, we found a home for this lamp in a space we hadn’t considered could benefit from a lamp this size. Note: Wood is not real, but more of a print veneer; the metal is a metallic-chrome plastic finish. From a distance, we've really come to admire it. Just know that the scale is misleading when a buyer is reviewing images and considering it for a nightstand.. David. Hinckley, OH. Sun Mar 01 2026
