These are great lamps. Both come neatly packaged together, simple assembly, bulbs included. I love the double bulb option, the cage door and the touch on feature. Only complaint is they both arrived a little crooked and I had to muscle the tops into place so the shades didn't sit cockeyed. All around very happy adding these to my new place.. Anonymous. For a few weeks now, as I was looking at the items listed in Tried and True, I kept seeing this lamp and I wasn’t sure if I liked it or not. I knew that it was an interesting looking lamp, but I could not find or think of any where in my house where it would look good as far as with my decor. So I thought about another room in the house that might have a little different decor and that would be my husband‘s office. He has a recliner in the room and a side table beside it that actually came from the Tried and True program. It’s a small table, and I have not put anything on it and decided to see if I thought this lamp would work there. After measuring it, I decided to order the lamp. When I opened the box and saw the lamp, I really liked it. It is quite a different type lamp, but the finish on it is really pretty and it’s quite heavy too. I took it into my husband‘s office and put it on the little side table by his recliner and it looks perfect. I’m so glad that I decided to order it. I have no regrets and would highly recommend the purchase of this lamp.. Emily. Milton, FL. Thu Sep 24 2026

I thought it was going to be heavier/sturdier than it actually is. It's different and unique, and very nice to look at however it does give off very bright light and it's hard to find the right light bulb in order to 'tone down' the brightness.. Lynn. Jacksonville, FL. Fri May 22 2026

This lamp is accurate to site description and good quality. It's exactly what I wanted in a table clip-on lamp shade. One thing you should note if you are going to use it on an angled drafting table: the base rotates to turn the lamp right or left, but it will only stay to the right or left if you are using it on a level desk (as most people probably would). I am using it on a tilted drafting table, but I don't mind it.. Thomas. San Francisco, CA. Mon Dec 14 2015

This product is a lighting desk lamp that is constructed from handcast & sanded resin, painted and antiqued by hand.

I was undecided, between this lamp with two outlets, or the models with usb andor outlet. In the end i decided to go with this model. I felt the outlets we all have in our homes had more life than the usb outlets which are limited to their current designed output. The lamps are extremely durable with commercial style toggle switches. The shades are held on with all metal hardware and offer a very high end look. (Note, The shades have protective plastic on them for shipping, which I had not removed at the time of pic). Chris. Hixson, TN. Tue Oct 06 2020
