Metal Resin Base with bronze finish. Each piece of stained glass is hand-soldered into place using the traditional copper foil technique.

I absolutely am in love with this lamp. It's beautiful. The colors are bright, it's well made, assembly was easy, it's heavy. My only "fault," is just careful pulling it from the foam as the leaves will bend a little. I've sent photos to several friends just to show them my love for a lamp!!! ETA: Found a small crack in it after posting my review. Disappointed in that but looking at other reviews, I don't think returning is worth the gamble for it to just happen again.. Rachael. Our Beige Speckled Hand-Blown Art Glass Upplight Accent Lamp is a pretty combination of art glass and crystal that will easily enhance any décor in your home or office. This warm accent lamp features a ruffled uplift shade in bright amber tones that is hand blown using Favrile art glass. First developed by L.C. Tiffany in the late Nineteenth Century, the Favrile process embeds the colour within the glass itself which allows for subtle variations in tone and texture. This means that no 2 pieces are exactly alike. The metal base, finished in Brushed Nickel, features a stepped round pedestal and matching vase cap. In between, a crystal orb column break adds extra sparkle and shine when the lamp is illuminated. A lovely pop of cosy colour on bookcases, mantles or curio shelves, try displaying our Beige Speckled Hand-Blown Art Glass Up light Accent Lamp in pairs on end tables or nightstands for an easy decorator’s touch. NOTE: Due to the nature of handmade art glass, colours, sizes and patterns may vary slightly.

Obnoxious and frustrating. The lamp itself is pretty, exactly as described, and arrived on time. However, it must be missing a part because the glass fits so loosely in the neck that it is bound to fall out. Instead of providing installation instructions, all you get is a slick marketing card with a QR code to retrieve the installation instructions. To receive the instructions, you have to enter your name and email....only to be directed to more marketing and zero installation instructions. Now I have to take the time to call the company and suffer through more marketing crud just to find out whether the lamp is poorly made or if a part is missing. I do not recommend this lamp.
