My review is more based off of customer service but I have no doubt I will be satisfied with this product. When I purchased it it had went to my old address so I called wayfair and they immediately sent me a replacement which I received next day . Then I hooked everything up and installed the fixture and the fan worked but the lights did not. I had a friend test the wires and the wires coming from the ballast were not getting power for the lights so I called wayfair today and they are sending me a replacement ballast. Designed for larger rooms, this fixture helps maintain a fresh breeze during warmer months. The reversible blades allow you to customize the look to match your decor style. This modern white fan is so much better looking than our outdated brown fan! It is sleek and since we have it attached to switches in our bedroom, we didn't even need to install the pull-chains. My husband has installed several fans and said this one wasn't the easiest to install. I love the look of it BUT the light is truly laughable. It is like a spotlight....shines directly downward and does not emit any light to the sides so basically we just have one spotlight in the middle of our room. Thankfully we have other light sources in our room so this will do for now. If you're looking for a fan with a light that will brighten up the whole room, this is not the one.. Kallen. Wed Apr 13 2022

This is really a great fan...the blades are plastic which I realized was a good thing because as we took down old one blades{wood} they had warped...wont happen now...puts out a really nice breeze on low...high is fantastic...A few challenges to putting it together but all in all it went well...I recommend this to all!!!. I needed a fan for my loft that would help circulate the air for efficiency in heating and cooling. But, I don't really like the look of most ceiling fans and didn't need to have lights in it. So, I ordered this with reservations because it is so expensive. However, it really looks nice, is well balanced so it doesn't wobble one bit, and it is absolutely silent when it's on. My electrician said it's very good quality, was straight forward to install, and has a good motor. There is a remote control I can use to regulate speed and direction, which comes with a holder that can be installed on the wall next to the switch so it is less likely to get lost. Very happy with this purchase.. Heidi. West Bend, WI. Sun Feb 16 2025
