Love,Love,Love them. Husband who is a retired building contractor said these are the best quality lights he has ever installed. The design & workmanship is impeccable. He said the thought process that was put into them made them easy to install. We are very happy with the product and how they look on our front entrance. Thoughtful detailing yields an artistic flavor that enhances a gazebo or exterior bar space. Bring this finished outdoor hanging lantern into the mix, buoyed by an eye-pleasing round silhouette and clear seedy panels.

Just finished hanging 3 of these lights and the are gorgeous. Easy to hang.. Beverly. Trent Woods, NC. Sat Feb 26 2022

Originally made to encase the light of a flickering flame, lanterns were first designed for function, not fashion. Today, they incorporate both. Take this one for example: Suspended by a chain-link hanging fixture, it features a metal frame awash in a black oxide finish, exuding traditional appeal in your space. A wavy glass shade diffuses light from any incandescent bulb up to 100 W (not included), while a damp location rating makes it the perfect pick for an enclosed patio ensemble.

Love love this light. Perfect size. Improved our entry 100. Gotten so many compliments. Very well made.. Margaret. Glendale, AZ. Sun Dec 05 2021

This is more of an issue for All Modern and their lack of details on the specification page. This fixture is beautiful however, it comes with a very long rod already assembled making it difficult to adjust during the installation. We intend to hang this light from the canopy above our porch and the 31" rod makes it set far too low. We will have to take the fixture apart, cut and re-thread the extension rod and reassemble in order to make this a useful fixture. If the description had included this information I would not have ordered the light. It is custom made and non-returnable so I am stuck with it. I am building a new house and spending tens of thousands of dollars on line ordering lighting, fixtures, furniture etc. I will be unlikely to use All Modern again as I cannot trust that their descriptions are accurate. Pros: pretty fixture, quality piece Cons: Description is inaccurate.. Dorthea. North Conway, NH. Thu Aug 06 2015
