For the most demanding coastal exposures, Hubbardton Forge also offers Marine Grade Black and Marine Grade White — AAMA 2605-rated finishes with a 10-year coastal warranty and lifetime warranty in non-coastal locations.

Beautiful lamp!! The glass is very thick and heavy, looks really nice illuminated or not. Steven. Boston, MA. Tue Nov 01 2022

This is more of an issue for All Modern and their lack of details on the specification page. This fixture is beautiful however, it comes with a very long rod already assembled making it difficult to adjust during the installation. We intend to hang this light from the canopy above our porch and the 31" rod makes it set far too low. We will have to take the fixture apart, cut and re-thread the extension rod and reassemble in order to make this a useful fixture. If the description had included this information I would not have ordered the light. It is custom made and non-returnable so I am stuck with it. I am building a new house and spending tens of thousands of dollars on line ordering lighting, fixtures, furniture etc. I will be unlikely to use All Modern again as I cannot trust that their descriptions are accurate. Pros: pretty fixture, quality piece Cons: Description is inaccurate.. Dorthea. North Conway, NH. Thu Aug 06 2015

Designed for ceiling suspension, this pendant fixture adds practical overhead illumination while keeping the light source visually separated from the ceiling. The LED lighting configuration supports efficient everyday illumination and consistent light output. The fixture combines steel construction with a plastic shade or diffuser for a practical finished assembly. It is rated for dry locations, helping match the fixture to an appropriate installation environment. Dimmable operation supports adjustable light levels when used with a compatible dimmer and light source. The compact construction supports practical placement while maintaining the expected function of its fixture type.
