Brought this to replace lamp post we had over ten years that was in a planter they recommend not using the easy mount made for single heads but i did any ways install was easy and the lamp stayed upright with the 50 plus mile an hour winds our soil is clay after 6 inches down so it anchored well and stays lit all night long on soft white even thru the recent snow storms we had after things had thawed out.. Bought this lamp post to match my garage lights. Overall it looks good. My only complaint is that the glass is FROSTED not clear. It looks clear on the website but it’s not, it’s frosted. I love the lights and they look great! Pictures of old and new. Note: I painted the bulb collar to coordinate with my other exterior lights. Just a couple of small issues: a) the lights came with 3 screws to attach to a post but I need to attach to a pier mount base (Castellanos, which I purchased at the same time) so they don't work. I am in the process of trying to find a way to secure them, and b) there is about 1/4" gap between the glass and the base so water gets in.
