The gauge of the steel is stronger than my old post. Of 25 years. I think the bottom joke should be lower and have a grommet for wire protection it is a challenge to get wiring for outlet and photo sensor and power feed and fixture. Luckily a 3 inch pipe makes it. The cross bar is way too loose in pole holes and is plastic, used to be a good fit metal. Try and get silicone neatly around it to hold in place.
