Love these sconces so far! Perfect design for the spot and such an upgrade to the old ones I had. Easy to install. The fixtures have aluminum wiring and my light boxes have copper, but I do not think it is a problem since they are indoors. The picture does not do the lighting justice! It looks really nice. I am in the process of getting a dimmer switch for them because it would be nice to be able to dim them, due to them being in my living room, in case we want a more cozy vibe. We rent our home and have no overhead lights in our playroom. I did not want a standing floor or table lamp – for fear that kids would knock it over. The black finish gives it a bold presence while remaining versatile enough to work with various color schemes. It is also constructed extremely well. The sconce provides excellent ambient lighting with a warm, diffused glow. Note this is not enough lighting for task-oriented spaces. The light output is sufficient for hallway or accent lighting..
