Purchased an island light feature with 4 lights. When it came I was not thrilled with the lamp shades. Most clear lamp shade replacements were 3 to a package, these came up with 4 for a good price. A very nice crackle glass replacement ceiling fan shade. One caveat is that you need a petite hand to place the shade and put in the lightbulb. I am so grateful this size worked for me. This globe was to replace one of three that broke. This is slightly taller, but narrower than the two others. It does fit over the light bulb and works just fine. It is not really noticeable that the size is different. I bought a new vanity light from a big box store because I liked the style of the three fixtures. I didn't like the plain glass shades that were with it, so I found these and fell in love with the swirl design. They look really elegant, and give the appearance of a much more expensive fixture.
