A cotton drum shade adds a contemporary finishing touch to this classic style.

Lamp base is gorgeous. The picture does not do it justice. Shades are good quality but don’t really go with the base. Fortunately we had some tapered drum shades from our old lamps that look great on the new bases.. Carol. Longmont, CO. Sat Sep 19 2026

Just as they are pictured and are high quality. The ONE thing I’d change is the chords are dark gray so pretty visible when these lived on a glass table and had to figure out a way to hide them, but the lamps themselves are very pretty and I get lots of compliments on them.. 4 5 stars. For the price... these lamps are a great deal. As others have noted there is no base to the lamps...they are hollow. I wish they had the cord inside the lamp threaded thtough a decorative metal tube to give them a little more finished/upscale look but thats just a minor thing.
