I ordered the pole with this lantern and I love it. It does not come with a bulb. I suggest using an aquarium type long skinny bulb. It looks great. Again make sure your pole has the mounting kit as I had to pay my electrician to come back after I had to order the kit. This post lamp was very well packed. It arrived in perfect condition. As advertised, it was easy to install, and the light provides a very nice glow. It can be set up with a part that meets dark sky standards, which our community requires. The design syncs well with modern mission transitional style. I made the mistake of ordering two because the site froze up before I submitted, so I thought I needed to resubmit. Turns out that the initial order did go through, and now all that is left to do is to return the second one that was ordered in error. Be prepared to wait awhile to resolve Wayfair returns. These solar ‘street lights’ arrived on time in great shape perfect. They really are! There is 3 big solar spheres-they are plastic but look like glass. Used two of them and had the 3rd one to add somewhere else in the garden. The base and pole is metal not plastic adding to the beauty. Assembly was easy and quick. Anchoring it is up to you but easy.
