love this lamp! it has so many brightness levels. It really makes my crafts easy to see. It is also a good background light when you have it on low. As far as the lamp goes it works and I do love the Ott lights however I needed something that I could pack easily to take to weekend crafting retreats. My problem is with Wayfair. The items description states that it comes with a cord, and there is a plug in on the back of the light however no cord. I did a chat with Wayfair where I did a screenshot of the item description and the hole in the back of the light and I was told that they would send a cord out to me. A week or so later I receive another light with no cord. I am now charged for two lights that really do not fit for what I need. Yes I could return the second one but it’s such a hassle.. Joan. US. I bought the Wellness Series power 21 Desk lamp for my grandson. He just graduated High School and is going to college in the fall. What he loved the most was the phone charger on the base of the lamp. It will charge any phone just by setting it down moving it around until the charger shows charging. The color is a high gloss white and feels very smooth. Its not heavy but yet very stable. Its nice that you can adjust the lamp according to what you need to see. Very pleased with this lamp. I really like the brightnesscolor options and it is easy to switch between them as the touch button is very receptive. Nice not having to deal with a bulb. I was a little worried about the height, but it is perfect for me. Kids enjoy this lamp I had originally thought it was a touch lamp where kids could touch anywhere and turn off or on..no the only touch is a small button on the base. I ordered antique brass and a nickel lamp arrived. Wayfair is pretty quick about fixing the problem and promptly sent the correct lamp. It’s a nice light.
