OK, so this unique modern lamp is very interesting. When I selected it, I didn’t read in details about it. I just loved the shape and aesthetic for my contemporary modern living room. It arrived with super fast shipping. It’s tall. However, assembly is tedious. I wouldn’t say it’s difficult assembly. I would say it’s tedious. There are multiple strips that you have to place in these little brackets you have to be cautious of how you assemble it which direction the brackets are facing. I think the intention is that they all faced the same direction however I flipped the bottom bracket direction um to give it a different shape at the bottom and I actually like it a lot. There are a few rubber bands to it that I don’t quite understand other than to prevent the shade pieces from spreading. It has three modes, cool, white, neutral, white, and warm white. I definitely like the warm white tone. It’s not too bright. It’s a very interesting piece. I think overall it’ll be somewhat of a challenge to keep it clean and how to dust it will be a tedious. I’ve pictured here the bracket where you insert the tabs of each individual shade strip but also what the shade strip looks like so if you can imagine having to place these one at a time around the complete thing, it does take quite a bit of time so prepare yourself ahead for about an hour to an hour and a half assembly time solo. So I really like this lamp first of all. It is the perfect height for my son. Its gold finish gives it a nice classic look to it. I loved that it has a step on and off peddle no need to reach to turn it on. I was trying to make my son a small little readingdrawing nook area to do what he enjoys the most. I was just not expecting that the top was glass and I accidentally broke one of the pieces so instead of 3 glass rings it has 2 in the picture. My favorite lamp! I live in Florida and found this would fit perfectly into my decor considering I own 10 palm trees! I love it. It was a little difficult navigating assembly. I needed a wrench to secure the bottom, luckily I happened to have it. There's a nut on the bottom that just spins unless you hold it steady while you tighten the bottom to the first bar. There's only two things that took away a star. One-the bulbs are super bright. My son complained so I had to turn it off. Two-the bulbs are little plugs I've never seen before and I'm not sure how I will be able to replace them when the time comes. Overall I love it!
