Our Vermont artisans have created a visual illusion. Does the hand-forged steel of the Antasia floor lamp look like liquid flowing down from the shade, or does it look like smoke rising into it? Opinions may vary but there is a consensus about the artistry on display.

If you don't own anything from Hubbardton Forge you won't understand. This is real steel, welded together, nicely finished, and carefully packaged. It's a solid design. Hubbardton Forge uses a unique dimmer/off/on switch on the two lamps I own. It's a unique and nice feature, above and beyond the usual. I'm a real fan. It's good value. Hand-split slate from a nearby quarry is the central focus of the Cambrian floor lamp by HF design team leader Paul Marr Hilliard. An unexpected piece of Vermont's natural environment with variable texture transpierces a shaped metal plate affixed to the lamp's column. Looking for a conversation piece? The Shield Floor Lamp is a showstopper. Two large plates of heavily forged steel are gently curved to great effect. The large back plate is curved vertically creating a concave surface. This heavily forged surface is illuminated by LED shielded by the smaller, narrower, sleek outer plate that is vertically curved and standing off the larger steel plate hiding the LED element from view. A dimmer rod, located at the back of the lamp allows for easy adjustment of the light to create just the right mood. The dimmer rod, stem and base are available in any of our standard finishes.
