There is a bit of room for more detailed instructions on how to get everything to fit in the base, but that was worked through. The step by step directions were clear, electrical hookups just snapped into place, and my favorite helper was this little motor holding hook they included. It was invaluable! It made this more of a one person job! We only needed a second pair of hands to hold the fan steady to make it easier to screw in the fan blades. The hardest part? Taking down the old ceiling fan! The features on this sleek looking model are excellent. A LED light that dims, dual sided blades in wood grain or black, reversible motor, and handy remote.
