I was super excited to receive these lamps I thought they would match kind of a neutral tone around the room. They are quite large and yes, I looked at the measurements and compared it to the lamp that I had in that spot before I purchased. There are two things that do stick out. I had read it and somebody else’s review after I placed the order and now I’m wondering if I would’ve noticed or if it would’ve bothered me before reading it elsewhere. Maybe I wasn’t paying attention when purchasing the lamps however I thought they were going to be a little bit more distinct from each other. You can tell they were mass produced. I was going more for the natural vibe as opposed to “we got twins” look. Maybe if I used them in separate rooms. However that defeats the purpose. There is a small cutout for the cable allowing the lamp to sit flush when charging. One of the protective rubbers on the bottom arrived peeling off,, but a little glue and all is well. Once powered on, you can adjust the colors to be static or cycling with a fade in and out. It’s a good looking lamp. The finish on the egg shaped lamp is quality. It’s a great accent light and the 3 levels of brightness is perfect. The only reason I can’t give it 5 stars is due to the sensitivity of the lamp. When you tap it to turn it doesn’t always respond. You have to tap it multiple times to activate it. Eduardo.
