Oh my what a challenge! There are really only pictures with arrows to provide direction. There was no parts list, however, I laid everything out and hoped! It took two days and probably a total of 6 hours to install. All the parts were there, so thankful. The only problem with the light is the crystal chandelier part was not level, it was twisted and did not notice this until ready to install. I managed to get it back to its correct shape but was concerned the welds would break, luckily it held. Anyway, it is quite beautiful and love it in my office. The blades retract when the fan is not in use!! How cool is that?! The crystals are beautiful and sparkly. Don't worry, the crystals do not move or make noise when the fan is on. It is absolutely gorgeous! I love it. I put it in the smallest bedroom that doubles as my craftroom-guestroom. It moves the air nicely. Its not as strong as a standard fan, though, but that should be expected. 4 stars because the instructions were a little unclear for two people who have never installed a ceiling fan before. I had to read Reddit forums to figure it out, but we got it up there and working. This beautiful fan from Rosdorf Park arrived in great condition and was ready for install. Installation was good, easy but hanging the crystals takes time and patience. The result is beautiful. The fan blades are hidden until use and the light is very bright and stunning. It has 3 speeds and works beautifully. It’s more beautiful in person even when it’s off.
