For those specific rod lengths that you may need, use one of these custom couplers and link two down rods together.

The solution for a sloped ceiling! This Cathedral Ceiling Fan Sloped Adapter can be used for ceilings that are up to 45 degrees in slope. The adapter works with standard 1/2 inch downrods and uses the canopy that is furnished with the fan.
