I found these lights to fit an awkward previous gambel light hole. This worked fine and the lights are as communicated. However, these lights are clearly a return which was never inspected, wires from the previous attempted install were simply cut 3 above the lights wiring connection. Additionally one light did not arrive with a junction box cover which would not meet code for installation. Please be better Wayfair and take accountability for returns in less than new condition.. It took us a while to have it installed because of delay in preparing the room where we needed it installed but it was overall fast and easy. The lights are very light and just the perfect size for our room. I was concerned at first that the lights looked so flat in white when not on but it actually looks nice with our white ceiling. I also love that the lights are ultra thin so it looks a lot cleaner and very minimalistic.I am an electrician so i know pretty much how to install it. The only time consuming part is the making of holes to get the light in but other than that it was pretty fast. Our playroom which was previously a media room is huge and having several of these really brightens it up. They are good quality and good value for what you get. I like the individual canister, you don't have to connect all the lights in the kit in one place. I installed one in the bedroom to replace one of those old can light fixtures. It took me about 25 minutes even with adjusting the size of the hole for the new canister. I also must say I'm impress with the brightness of each color where you can dim to a comfortable level, total flat, easy to install and all contained package.
