Caramel Ceiling Fan Shades

These beautifully crafted accent glass shades are the finishing touch to fitters, ceiling fans, and vanity lighting. soft hues of caramel, tea stain and other soft tints will bring warm glow to any room with the collection.

The shades are well-made, heavy glass, but the color is not a reddish brown as pictured. The ones I received are yellowish like caramel. Also, the pattern is less bubbly and more like alabaster. The insides are lighter as though only the outsides are tinted. The number and description on the packing slip differed somewhat from the website, but customer service assured me that I received the correct item. They said the photos were provided by the manufacturer, and if I exchanged the shades, I would probably receive the same yellowish color as lighting may have affected the photo. Though the color in the photo would have complimented the wall color better, I kept the shades as they do compliment the bronze-and-gold ceiling fan and are far enough away from the walls and countertop to blend in. Though disappointed I felt I would be taking another risk to try a different color. So be sure your room could go with a shade toward yellow, or order more than one style to try.. Candace.
