Excellent. Drill two holes, insert wall anchor and attach the small plate and screws that came with it. The light slides onto the provided plate. I love that it’s ez to assemble, there are 3 light tones: yellow (warm light), yellow/white (in between warm and cool tone), and blue/white light. Also, you can adjust the intensity from a low level for mood lighting, to a bright level. You can also adjust the angle of the arms that have the shining light. These are sleek looking except the round base is a bit big. See photos that are taken in the day but I have honeycomb blinds and translucent white drapes, so the room is dim but not dark. I purchased the black picture light to be used with a 44" x 34" framed print. The light looks slim and sleek, so appearance gets a 10/10 score. I wish the bulb was stronger and gave off more light. The picture light arrived well-packaged and protected with plenty of foam to prevent any damage during shipping. All of the hardware and installation instructions were included, and the finish looks beautiful right out of the box. It appears to be exactly what I was expecting. I haven't had it installed yet because I'm waiting for my electrician, so I can't speak to the ease of installation just yet. This came well packaged to prevent damage. I am doing a whole house remodel so I will update my full review once my electrician hard wires into the wall. The finish is beautiful - gold but soft and subtle like it should be - not gaudy. I will use it in my living room above my couch to showpiece an original piece of artwork. Looks expensive and high quality. NOTE: does not plug in and requires hard wire into the wall just like a wall sconce.
