The product can be installed on a 12V landscape lighting system. Factory sealed and IP68 rated for wet locations or continuous immersion up to 5 meters underwater. Stainless steel construction with an optional spring retention clip that allows for installations in walls, ceilings, and steps. Each indicator light includes 6ft of low voltage burial cable, direct burial gel-filled wire nuts, and an optional spring retention clip. A Magnetic (preferred) or Electronic Power supply is required.

I bought a Transformer to replace a 15yo analog timer box for our 12V front yard standup lights and the pillar down-lights on our fence. The timer box had one of those dials with a little switch for every hour, and, ugh! Also, it was outside! I clipped the wires, junked the old box, extended the wires into the house, plugged them into the Transformer, and get it attached to our wifi. Done! With a minimum of fussing it is now integrated into my existing Ring system and working great. The only thing I've had to mess with is extending the number of hours the lights are on after dusk because here in Seattle in winter it gets dark SUPER early. That's it! Easy!. Markdeloura.
