When I saw this red bulb on Wayfair’s site, I was intrigued and very excited because I had never tried the red sleeping light method. I didn’t have long to wait long because they were here within two days. From the picture above, you can see how beautiful it makes a room. It has a very calming effect. No lie, that night I was asleep within an hour. I slept for only two hours but then after I settled myself, I slept another two hours so that first nIght I had four hours of sleep. That is a miracle for me! Since then, I’ve slept the longest one night for 5 hours straight. I know this bulb works for me and I can’t tell you if it will help you but I know this red light bulb has changed my life. Please, if you have trouble sleeping, try this red bulb for yourself.. Ida.
