The lamp looks exactly As pictured and assembles in 5 minutes. The marble base is nice and hefty so this things not tipping over anytime soon. I was also impressed with the quality of the metal in the three shades. Its nicely polished and has good thickness so it doesnt feel flimsy or prone to bending or dents. You can position the three lamps independently, but note that they dont light independently. Its on or off for all three at the same time, which is not a problem for me. Really beautiful lamp in our living room. Not as huge as some others I considered. Love the goldbrass finish the soft lighting with the Edison brown bulbs. Marble base is super heavy would look good even if it were exposed. Arms see like they would break adjusting them, but they finally gave enough to spread them apart. Would definitely buy again. This photo is somewhat distorted because the lamp is much larger. I couldn’t decide what to put on these big walls over the sofa so that lamp definitely helps define the area. Only question is why the onoff knob is so poorly designed. It is just shoved onto the metal stub like a capped tooth on a tooth nub.
