Plus, the included remote control lets you adjust the lighting and fan speed from anywhere in your home.

Decent fan for the price. Instructions were very basic without a great deal of detail. Had to do some research on the web to clarify wiring questions. But, all in all, assembly was not difficult and the fan seems to be quiet and has several speed andlighting modes. Remote is useful. Tips: 1. If your outlet has red, black, and white wires, only the black and white are connected to fan; cap the red with a wire nut. 2. Green and yellow wire on bracket connects to ground. 3. You may need to replace two existing screws on motor with longer screws in order to secure the ceiling cover. 4. A flat screw driver set is very helpful in securing those two screws because the space between the cover and motor housing is tight. 5. Some bolt holes were too small for the bolts supplied. Had to drill them and then use nuts to secure the fan to the bracket.. Jim. Moreno Valley, CA. Tue Jun 02 2026

Light is nice, fan moves moderate amount of air. I really like the look and it was easy to assemble. The installation itself was a little more challenging because of the placement of the electrical convertercontrol box. There isn’t much room to position everything above the mounting bracket, so getting the canopy up and everything tucked inside took some finagling. I was able to install it by myself, but I’d recommend two people, my arms were definitely tired by the end! Once installed, though, it looks great and I’m very happy with it.. Anonymous. We receive our 52” fan well packaged. It took a little longer for delivery because of some kind of mix up but after talking to customer service from Wayfair the problem was taken care immediately. You can’t beat Wayfairs customer service. We have not been able to install this fan yet, so I will update later. It appears to be very nice with a lot of nice features. I think it being a smart fan will make it convenient. Update. This fan would not work with two different down-rods we bought so we decided to hang it with the shorter one it came with. We think it will be ok and looks good. We finally got this fan up and we really like it . The aged pewter with the gray blades look beautiful. The light will go nice and bright or a low light. It has up to six speeds and is very quiet. It comes with a remote and we had no problem hooking it up to our phone and google assistant. So convenient using the google assistant with it. Liked it more then we thought so upgraded to a five star. Karen. Millington, MI. Mon Feb 07 2022

Love love love these lights. When we built our house two years ago I decided to not get custom ceiling fan lights in four bedrooms thinking they are fine with regular modern ceiling lights. Did our master bedroom with the ceiling fan light and after a year realized I neeeded to do the other four rooms. Found these which resembled our already fixtures in our great room, master bedroom and covered outdoor patio. Upon receiving was able to assemble with ease and some of the easiest installs I’ve ever done. So pleased with this product. Need to purchase one more for our guess bedroom in the basement.. Stephen. This is a very nice fan. It is a great color. Goes well with different styles. Most of my house is farmhouse and it looks like it belongs. It was easy to install mostly. The wires all required wire nuts and twisting versus the normal plug in wires. Besides that it’s great so far!. Jennifer. Spring Hill, FL. Mon Aug 17 2026
