Customers praise the product's beautiful appearance and high quality, noting its substantial size makes a significant statement. Many find it to be a great value for the price, with some considering it a good dupe for higher-end options. While assembly is generally described as easy, some reviewers mention that the oversized nature of the fixture requires careful measurement and consideration for ceiling height. There were also isolated reports of issues with cracked or shattered glass upon arrival, though replacements were eventually provided.
