These pendant lights use a gourd-style body with a matte black exterior and a gold-toned interior. The outside remains dark and simple. When the light is on, the inner surface reflects a warmer glow. The shape directs light mostly downward, which works well above kitchen islands, dining tables, desks, or small work areas.
The pendant light fixture is made from steel. Once mounted, it stays firm on the ceiling. Because of the curved gourd form, the bulb sits slightly inward, so the light focuses more on the surface below rather than spreading in all directions. It connects to a 120V hardwired line and supports one E26 bulb up to 60W. The bulb is not included. Output depends on the bulb you install. LED bulbs are commonly used for longer life and lower energy use.
