Product arrived cracked and broken

Don’t but these lamps! Ordered 2, one was broken. Reordered 1. Talked to customer service and they were really nice and sent a replacement. I just opened it and IT IS BROKEN! I am done!

Stop selling this lamp! It is not properly packaged and arrives broken. I tried twice, both times returned due to damage.

Simple design, just what I was looking for.

Beautiful lamp!

Lamp is perfect for my end table as well as night stands. They are convenient in size and just what I was looking for. The packaging should have been better as I've ordered 8 lamps to receive 2 lamps that weren't broken during shipment and finally just super glued the last lamp as I anticipated the next one ordered would be broken as well since WAYFAIR isn't repackaging them before they leave their facility and FedEx throws them around.

I ordered two of these lamps, both arrived damaged. They were shipped separately in product boxes which were not tall enough (the top flaps were popped-up for extra height and simply taped closed with the shipping label placed over the two flaps to create a closure). One had a broken-off light socket neck, and they both had dented shades. Shipping them inside another box with appropriate shift/impact protection would have prevented this. Returns are not easy from my rural area, leaving me very disappointed.

The lamp is just what I was hoping for - except it arrived damaged Will see about returning/replacing it
