When I opened the box and took out the vanity light I was so disappointed that the alignment of the lights were crooked! I tried to straighten them, but no luck. I called Wayfair to complain and thought I’d be stuck with something I couldn’t use or return. It wasn’t cheap. But I was delighted with the customer service rep who told me they’d sent a replacement immediately! In this case, I didn’t have to return to defective one either Very Happy customer susugg

Finish is a bit ruff but looks pretty good when up, like the frosted glass, overall pretty good light.
