Customers find the product to be attractive and a good value for the price. Many reviewers praise its appearance and ease of assembly. However, a significant concern is the comfort aspect, as the cushions tend to slide down, requiring customers to find solutions like Velcro or rug grip. There are also mixed opinions regarding the product's quality and durability, with some experiencing issues like rust stains and parts falling apart after a short period, while others report good quality.
