Customers appreciate the attractive appearance and good value of this product, noting it looks more expensive than it is. However, many reviews highlight concerns regarding durability and quality, with frequent mentions of parts breaking easily, especially at the adjustable joints. Functionality is also a point of contention, as the lights do not swivel side-to-side and can be difficult to adjust.
