Customers find the product visually appealing, with many praising its appearance. However, there are significant concerns regarding its size, with numerous reviews stating it is much smaller than expected and low to the ground, making it unsuitable for adults. The comfort level is also frequently criticized, described as very firm and uncomfortable for extended sitting or sleeping. Assembly is another area of concern, as many customers reported difficulty attaching the legs due to a lack of pre-drilled holes, often requiring power tools. Quality is a mixed aspect, with some finding it good for the price, while others experienced issues with durability and damage upon arrival.
