Customers praise the product's beautiful appearance and appealing texture, noting that it adds dimension and sophistication to their decor. Many reviewers highlight the good quality and well-made construction of the item. However, there are significant concerns regarding durability, with multiple customers reporting that the fringe and tassels unravel or detach easily, especially with regular use. Some customers also mentioned that the color may not precisely match online images, with shades appearing slightly different in person.
