Customers find the product's appearance stunning and beautiful, with many loving its look over kitchen islands and tubs. However, opinions are mixed regarding quality and design. Some reviewers noted inconsistencies in the bubbles, kinks in the wire, and that the ceiling fixture appears unfinished and cheap. There are also concerns about the actual size of the orb differing from the description and that received items may not match.
