The design is frequently highlighted as unique and beautiful, complementing various decors. Installation is generally considered easy, with some reviewers appreciating the included hardware options. However, a recurring point of dissatisfaction is the absence of a light, which some customers found misleading due to product descriptions or the presence of a light button on the remote. Some reviews also mention unclear or sparse installation instructions.
